Know what to expect before dispatch
Do you tow vehicles?
No. Menatzeach Mobile Solutions currently provides mobile roadside assistance only.
Will I know the price before dispatch?
Yes. Dispatch confirms the quoted service price and known travel or special-condition charges before the call is secured.
How does the dispatch deposit work?
A 50% dispatch deposit is required before a technician is sent. Once travel begins, the deposit is nonrefundable and is applied toward the total service price. If Menatzeach Mobile Solutions cancels before travel begins, the deposit is refunded.
Do you provide a replacement tire?
No. Spare-tire service uses the customer’s serviceable spare tire.
