Terms of service
Last updated: September 16, 2026
These Terms of Service govern requests for and use of roadside-assistance services provided by Menatzeach Mobile Solutions LLC (“Menatzeach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting a request, approving a quote, paying a dispatch deposit, or accepting service, you agree to these terms.
SERVICES
We provide mobile roadside assistance, including battery jump starts and related roadside battery assistance, vehicle lockout assistance, installation of a customer’s safe and serviceable spare tire, and emergency fuel delivery.
We do not provide towing. Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance, service availability, or dispatch.
EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
Our services are not emergency medical, police, fire, rescue, or traffic-control services. Call 911 if anyone is injured, threatened, exposed to traffic, fire, or another immediate hazard, or if the vehicle is located somewhere roadside work cannot be performed safely.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The customer must:
• Provide accurate contact, location, vehicle, ownership or authorization, and service information;
• Remain reachable before and during dispatch;
• Disclose known hazards, damage, modifications, or unusual vehicle conditions;
• Follow reasonable safety instructions; and
• Be legally authorized to request service for the vehicle.
For spare-tire installation, the customer must provide a spare tire and related equipment that are present, compatible, accessible, and reasonably safe to use.
QUOTES, DEPOSITS, AND PAYMENT
Dispatch confirms service availability, the requested service, location, and full quoted price before sending a technician.
A 50% dispatch deposit is required before the technician is sent. The deposit is credited toward the total service price.
Once the technician begins traveling to the customer’s location, the deposit becomes nonrefundable.
The remaining balance is due after successful completion of the approved service. Work or charges outside the original quote require customer approval whenever reasonably possible.
Our Dispatch Deposit, Cancellation & Refund Policy is incorporated into these terms.
ARRIVAL ESTIMATES
Any estimated arrival time is an estimate and not a guarantee. Traffic, weather, call volume, location accuracy, road closures, safety conditions, and other circumstances can cause delays. Service remains subject to current dispatch availability.
SERVICE LIMITATIONS AND TECHNICIAN DISCRETION
Successful service is not guaranteed. A technician may decline, pause, or stop work when:
• Conditions are unsafe or unlawful;
• The requested service differs materially from the vehicle’s actual condition;
• Required equipment is missing, incompatible, inaccessible, or unsafe;
• Proceeding could cause unreasonable damage;
• Lawful ownership, access, or authorization cannot be confirmed; or
• The requested work is outside our roadside-service scope.
We do not guarantee that a jump start will correct a failed battery, starter, alternator, wiring, or charging-system problem.
We do not guarantee that every vehicle lockout can be completed without risk or that an unsafe, incompatible, or inaccessible spare tire can be installed.
Emergency fuel delivery does not guarantee that a vehicle will start when another mechanical or electrical problem exists.
PREEXISTING CONDITIONS AND PERSONAL PROPERTY
The customer must inform the technician about known damage, modifications, sensitive electronics, wheel locks, alarm systems, or other relevant conditions before work begins.
Customers should remove or secure valuables. To the extent permitted by law, Menatzeach Mobile Solutions LLC is not responsible for preexisting defects, ordinary consequences of an underlying vehicle failure, or losses caused by inaccurate information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
ACCEPTABLE CONDUCT
We may refuse or discontinue service because of threats, harassment, fraud, unlawful activity, unsafe conduct, or interference with the technician’s work.
Customers remain responsible for following traffic and parking laws and arranging towing, repair, transportation, or vehicle security when roadside service is insufficient.
COMMUNICATIONS
By requesting service, the customer authorizes operational calls, text messages, and emails relating to the request, quote, payment, dispatch, technician arrival, and completion.
This permission does not automatically constitute consent to unrelated marketing messages.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by applicable law. For services performed in New York, New York law applies except where another law is legally required to apply. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
CHANGES AND SEVERABILITY
We may update these terms for future service requests. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
