What happens next

A clear quote before anyone travels

1. Dispatch reviews the request. We confirm your location, vehicle, requested service, safety conditions, and current availability.
2. You receive the complete quote. Dispatch explains the full quoted price and any known travel or special-condition charges.
3. You secure dispatch. A 50% dispatch deposit is required before a technician is sent. Once the technician begins traveling to your location, the deposit becomes nonrefundable and is applied toward the total service price.
4. The technician travels. Travel begins only after dispatch is confirmed and the deposit payment is received.
5. You pay the remaining balance. The balance is collected after successful completion of the authorized roadside service.

Company cancellation: If Menatzeach Mobile Solutions cancels before the technician begins traveling, the deposit will be refunded.

Service limitations: Submission and payment do not guarantee successful service when vehicle condition, unsafe conditions, inaccessible equipment, inaccurate customer information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent completion. Roadside assistance only; no towing.
