Terms of Service

Last updated: September 14, 2026

These Terms of Service govern requests for and use of roadside-assistance services provided by Menatzeach Mobile Solutions LLC (“Menatzeach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting a request, approving a quote, paying a dispatch deposit, or accepting service, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide mobile roadside assistance, including battery jump starts and related roadside battery assistance, vehicle lockout assistance, installation of a customer’s safe and serviceable spare tire, and emergency fuel delivery. We do not provide towing. Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance or dispatch.

Emergency situations

Our services are not emergency medical, police, fire, or rescue services. Call 911 if anyone is injured, threatened, exposed to traffic or another immediate hazard, or if the vehicle is in a location where roadside work cannot be performed safely.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact, location, vehicle, ownership or authorization, and service information; remain reachable; disclose known hazards or unusual vehicle conditions; and follow reasonable safety instructions. You represent that you own the vehicle or are authorized by its owner to request service. For spare-tire installation, you must provide a spare tire and related equipment that are present, compatible, accessible, and reasonably safe to use.

Quotes, deposits, and payment

Dispatch confirms the full quoted price before a technician is sent. A 50% dispatch deposit is required before dispatch and is credited toward the total. Once the technician begins traveling, the deposit becomes nonrefundable. The remaining balance is due after successful completion. Additional work or charges require customer approval whenever reasonably possible. The Dispatch Deposit, Cancellation & Refund Policy is incorporated into these terms.

Arrival estimates

Any arrival time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Traffic, weather, call volume, location accuracy, road closures, safety conditions, and other events can cause delays. Availability is subject to current dispatch capacity.

Service limitations and technician discretion

Service is not guaranteed to succeed. A technician may decline, pause, or stop work when conditions are unsafe, the requested work differs materially from the actual condition, required equipment is missing or unsafe, the vehicle may be damaged by proceeding, lawful access or authorization cannot be confirmed, or the service is outside our scope. We do not promise that a jump start will restore a failing battery or charging system, that a lockout can be completed without risk on every vehicle, or that an unsafe or incompatible spare tire can be installed.

Existing conditions and personal property

Tell the technician about known damage, modifications, sensitive electronics, wheel locks, alarm systems, or other relevant conditions before work begins. Remove or secure valuables. To the extent permitted by law, Menatzeach is not responsible for pre-existing defects, ordinary consequences of an underlying vehicle failure, or loss caused by inaccurate information or conditions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable conduct

We may refuse service for threats, harassment, fraud, unlawful activity, unsafe conduct, or interference with the technician’s work. Customers remain responsible for obeying traffic and parking laws and for arranging towing or repair when roadside service is insufficient.

Website and communications

Website information is provided for general service-request purposes and may be updated. By requesting service, you authorize operational calls, texts, and emails concerning the request. Marketing messages, if any, require any consent required by law and may be stopped using the stated opt-out method.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. For services performed in New York, New York law applies except where another law must apply. These terms do not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms for future requests. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
